Accessibility Statement
Last updated: February 2026
Cüe is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Our Commitment
We believe accessibility is essential for everyone. Our goal is to make Cüe usable by as many people as possible, regardless of:
- Visual impairments
- Hearing impairments
- Motor or mobility limitations
- Cognitive or learning disabilities
- Temporary disabilities (e.g., broken arm)
- Situational limitations (e.g., bright sunlight)
Conformance Status
We are working toward conforming with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with disabilities.
While we strive for full compliance, some content may not yet fully meet all standards. We are actively working to address any gaps.

Our website (cue.muicci.com) includes the following accessibility features:
- Semantic HTML: Proper heading structure, landmarks, and ARIA labels where needed
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard

Hardware Requirements & Limitations
Cüe has specific hardware requirements that may affect accessibility for some users:
Hardware Compatibility
✅ All MacBooks Supported
Cüe is optimized for MacBooks with a physical notch, but supports all MacBook laptops running macOS 14+. Models without a notch can use "Floating Mode" to position the prompter anywhere on the screen.
Supported Devices
- All MacBooks running macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
- Optimized for: MacBook Pro (2021+) and MacBook Air (2022+) with notches
Hardware Limitations
Cüe is designed for portable Mac hardware. This means:
- Mac desktops (iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro) are not officially supported
- Devices must be capable of running macOS 14 or later
Known Accessibility Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not be fully accessible:
- Video content: Future video tutorials may lack captions (we plan to add them)
- Third-party integrations: Polar.sh checkout and customer portal accessibility is outside our control
- GitHub community: GitHub's accessibility varies (they have their own accessibility efforts)
