- Identification of infringing material: Provide the specific URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content is located on our website or application.
- Your contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice. This is a legal process with specific requirements under the DMCA.
A counter-notice must include:
- Your contact information: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of removed material: Describe the content that was removed and its location before removal
- Perjury statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district where we may be found)
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against you.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts and access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright law. This determination is made at our sole discretion.
